As a Great British Bake Off finalist, I appear regularly on news channels and radio as a commentator discussing the show. I also film from my own kitchen, both with studio crews and over Skype. I’ve been on BBC Breakfast talking all things Bake Off from their Salford studios for previous series of Bake Off. I can be contacted for media interviews here or on Twitter.

I have a lot of experience filming baking videos. I made a series of baking films for the Scoff channel, on my website here. I also made the short video below to promote my book, B.I.Y. Bake It Yourself.

I’m able to use my home kitchen as a regular studio when working with companies. I made a series of videos at home for BT.com, including cake tips, bread tips, shortcrust pastry tips and rough puff pastry tips. I also filmed the two videos below for the chainsaw company STIHL from my kitchen.
