In addition to food demonstrations, I am also available for speaking events – talking about my Great British Bake Off experience and how it’s changed my life since. I am a confident and fluent presenter with experience of hosting food demonstrations and events. I have appeared on panel discussions not just in relation to baking, but also at events including the World Monuments Fund’s talk on the relationship between architecture and food, and at events relating to the Building industry with the Federation of Master Builders. I am invited to judge many business, school, charity or other organisations’ Bake Offs but regretfully I usually have to decline unless I have a personal connection or it forms part of a wider event I am attending.
