We loved living in London but lockdown during the pandemic made us rethink our priorities. We moved from London to the beautiful countryside of West Sussex in 2021. We used to travel as often as possible, even if just for weekends away, but we haven’t had the opportunity for a while. With three children and a dog, we’re always on the hunt for breaks that are a bit different and that the kids will remember. I’ve worked with lots of camping and outdoor shows including the Outdoor Adventure & Camping Show, Countryfile Live and the Motorhome & Caravan Show. We try to go away in our own tent every year, which is how I’ve developed my outdoor cooking experience and learnt to cook well in small spaces.
