We’ve been camping in the beautiful grounds of Blenheim Palace this week, enjoying the Countryfile Live festival and having loads of outdoor fun. Absolutely exhausted now but it was totally worth it…

I’ve been earning some Dad and Uncle Brownie Points this week, with a little help from Wicked Uncle too. There’s also a super easy chocolate brownie recipe for you on the blog this week.

Easter Hols have started here so we’re down by the coast for a few days. Spring is in the air and we’re trying to spend as much time outdoors as possible.

Death by chocolate, dancing dogs and chainsaw fun on tonight’s blog. It was my birthday this week so I was on the receiving end of a cake for a change. I’ve been really spoilt by my family and also had a fab weekend lumberjacking thanks to the team at STIHL.

Just back from a long, Halloweeny weekend in the countryside for half term. It’s been a great week including Candice’s well deserved Bake Off win.

It’s half term week for us so a great excuse to do some fun baking with the kids. Why not try giving this fougasse recipe a go – perfect for Halloween!

We’ve been westward-bound this week soaking up the beauty of the English countryside and catching up with Bake Off friends.
