What a year! Thanks for following my recipes and blog updates this year. Here’s what I’ve been up to for the past few weeks and my run-down of 2015…
This year has rattled by and with November now here, it’s only a matter of weeks until the new addition to our family is due. I’ve been trying to get to as many places as possible to promote my book before ‘d-day’, which this week has meant some really fun visits.
I’ve been surrounded by books this week and not just copies of my own! It’s been really great catching up with so many of my GBBO Class of 2014 Alumni too.
This week’s been all about celebrating good food, and boy has there been a lot of it! But what’s the fastest food in the world? Scone! (I’ll get my coat). I’m sharing my St David’s Day recipe for bacon, leek and Welsh Cheddar scones today too.
All work and no play makes Richard a dull boy so I escaped from the kitchen this week and had a blast.
Final blog post from a great 2014, and looking forward to The Great British Baking Show airing Stateside on PBS tonight.
