An unexpected and rare snow day in London today so the kids and I had the chance to build their first ever snowman. After four years of them singing along to ‘Frozen’, it was about time! It’s been another festive week for us.

Remembrance Sunday is always taken seriously in our house. A time to reflect on our own families’ histories and how much we have to be grateful for. It’s also been a week of catching-up with my awesome Bake Off buddies and travelling thousands of years back in time.

I’ve been earning some Dad and Uncle Brownie Points this week, with a little help from Wicked Uncle too. There’s also a super easy chocolate brownie recipe for you on the blog this week.
