At long last I’ve had a chance to bake again. There’s nothing like a few months off to get you craving some kitchen time again, or is that just me??

Been nearly a month since my last blog so a quick update on where that month has gone…!

Back from a brilliant seven days with our friends in Wiltshire and Wales on our Easter holidays and now counting down seven days until the London Marathon. We’ve had so much fun with the kids this week getting away from it all.

A quick blog update at the end of a magical weekend. If you’ve not yet visited the Warner Bros Studio Tour, it’s an incredible day out.

After a freezing cold and snowy week it was my birthday yesterday and I was well and truly spoilt. Today the snow thawed and I ran a half marathon to cancel out all of the delicious peanut butter and chocolate cake I ate yesterday – an updated recipe for this and for chocolate brownies on this week’s blog.
