I build a lot of kitchens, I bake in a lot of kitchens. For this project with Triton Tools it was the perfect combination of the two…

For someone with no working kitchen, there’s been a whole lot of baking going on this week. It’s been a Wicked fortnight, in more ways than one.

At long last I’ve had a chance to bake again. There’s nothing like a few months off to get you craving some kitchen time again, or is that just me??

Been nearly a month since my last blog so a quick update on where that month has gone…!

Back from a brilliant seven days with our friends in Wiltshire and Wales on our Easter holidays and now counting down seven days until the London Marathon. We’ve had so much fun with the kids this week getting away from it all.

It’s been a really nice couple of weeks round our way – always the better when I catch up with this lovely lot.

I’ve been working on my own house recently, which has given me the opportunity to spend much more time with the kids. This week our youngest was a bit poorly so it’s been a quiet week spent mostly on a sofa under a sleeping toddler – not all bad!

It’s three years ago today that my Great British Bake Off Final aired to an audience of 14 million viewers. I don’t think I’ll ever get my head around that. A good time to reflect on what’s changed since then. Such a lot of exciting opportunities and this week, my new building column launched too.
