I’m away for the bank holiday weekend enjoying some down-time with the family but there’s still time to wish you all a very Happy Easter.

I’ve had a really busy week this week, trying to get to as many places as possible before the imminent arrival of baby number three. It’s definitely got me in the mood for more Christmas baking too!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks since my last blog post. One of my post-GBBO highlights has been appearing on my favourite gameshow, Pointless, which aired last night. It was such a laugh watching it back yesterday. If you haven’t seen it yet, catch it on iPlayer as there are spoilers below!
Back from an incredible weekend at Jamie Oliver & Alex James’s Big Feastival – WOW! Flaked on the sofa now with a Chinese take away, enjoying the luxury of dry feet and an inside loo.
Back from Jimmy’s Farm with a well-earned hangover and a very soggy tent after a cracking weekend!
I’m on holiday this week so a quick blog post with my recipe for lime and coconut cake – delish!
I can’t believe we’re nearly a quarter of the way through the year but this week I’ve managed to catch-up with a bit of normality and spend some much needed quality time with the kids. I’m pretty lucky that my hobbies are things they can get involved in and that they’re both enthusiastic about them, so we tried to make the most of it!
This week’s been all about celebrating good food, and boy has there been a lot of it! But what’s the fastest food in the world? Scone! (I’ll get my coat). I’m sharing my St David’s Day recipe for bacon, leek and Welsh Cheddar scones today too.
It’s Pancake Day this week so I’m sharing my easy recipe with you all for Shrove Tuesday. Get stuck in and give it a go.
