My baking’s gone back to basics and I’m enjoying it more than ever. On this week’s blog I’m sharing a few backing hacks as well as plenty more DIY advice.

A mid-week blog from me this week as I was back too late from fishing last Sunday to post over the weekend. The past week has been all about taste and flavour and it’s got me full of ideas for new bakes.

This week’s been at full-pace so once I’ve posted this blog, time for some lion down! (I’ll get my coat…)

What a week! I wasn’t particularly looking forward to turning 40 but if every week is like this one’s been, I reckon I could get used to it.
Back from an incredible weekend at Jamie Oliver & Alex James’s Big Feastival – WOW! Flaked on the sofa now with a Chinese take away, enjoying the luxury of dry feet and an inside loo.
